The signal is amplified by a linear amplifier and then converted into a digital signal by A/D, the weight signal is processed by the microprocessor (CPU) of the instrument and the weight data is displayed directly.

The balance of the bridge is destroyed, and a voltage signal with a linear relationship with the size of Q is output. As the sensitivity of each sensor is different, therefore, under the action of the same quality Q, the voltage output of each sensor is slightly different, which affects the consistency of the scale. Therefore, a junction box should be connected to the system to make the output signal of each sensor consistent. The validity voltage signal output from the junction box is connected to the weighing display, and the measurement result is displayed digitally after being processed by the weighing display.
