The dump truck hydraulic system is a system that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. It is mainly composed of fuel tanks, pumps, valves, hydraulic cylinders, and oil pipes. Its main function is to lift the container through hydraulic pressure, so that the goods are dumped out and the goods are quickly unloaded. Working principle of hydraulic unloading machine

1. After the hydraulic pump is started, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is sucked into the pump body, and the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy through the plunger or gear of the pump body, and the high-pressure hydraulic oil is sent to the hydraulic system.

2. The hydraulic oil is transported to the hydraulic valve through the oil pipe, and the valve controls the flow, pressure and flow direction and other parameters. When the need to lift the cargo box, the hydraulic valve will send the hydraulic oil into the upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder rises and the cargo box rises.

3. When the cargo box needs to be dumped, the hydraulic valve will send the hydraulic oil into the lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder will drop and the cargo box will be dumped out.

4. The hydraulic oil flows in the hydraulic cylinder to form hydraulic force, which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to realize the process of lifting and dumping.

5. When the lifting and dumping tasks are completed, the hydraulic valve will flow the hydraulic oil back to the oil tank, and the hydraulic system will enter the standby state.
